PgAdmin4服务器连接超时（connection timeout expired）

连接服务器输入密码后报错Connection timout expired

需要启动postgresql服务（Win11，右下角直接搜索“服务”）

下滑在服务中找到postgresql-……点击该服务并启动，之后即可正常连接。

只是一种可能情况，但是本机遇到的超时问题均为此问题。
