win10升级更新2004版卡在49%解决办法

问题情况：
安装总是卡49％，重启过也没用。
解决方法一：
等待，在网络情况正常的话，多等一会，时间过长比如2个小时或以上再看看方法二。
解决方法二：
1、同时按【Win + X】键，点选【Windows PowerShell（管理成员）】
2、复制下面的程序码到刚打开的PowerShell里面，按回车
